I was informed there wasn’t service in my area. But received information from Charlotte Mecklenburg School stating service was in my area. It doesn’t look as if you qualify for the AT&T plan, Ruth, but you probably qualify for a couple of the other low-income internet plans.
AT&T Access is DSL or Uverse, correct? Both home/residential service, not mobile. I have had AT&T Access via Uverse for 1.5 yrs. Only mobile access I am aware of is WiFi Hotspots at McDonald’s, etc. I don’t understand the low-income /disability requirements for any of what is offered here?

My daughter is in college and she need the internet to do you homework. She was unable to live in a dorm room that would come with the internet, but the did not have enough dorms.
